The coin comes in a perspex presentation block, and is accompanied by a booklet telling the story of Mrs Tiggy-Winkle. The reverse design of Mrs Tiggy Winkle is printed in colour. The silver proof version of the coin incorporates colour printing technology. This coin comes presented in a colourful folder. The obverse shows the new portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, by Jody Clark. The silver proof version of the coin is coloured, whereas the uncirculated coin is not. It was designed by the Royal Mint engraver, Emma Noble, who has designed the other coins in the series. The Tale of Mrs Tiggy-Winkle was published in 1905 and Beatrix Potter based the character on her pet hedgehog with the same name. Mrs Tiggy-Winkle is a hedgehog and the laundress for the animals in the village. On 18th April, 2016, we noticed the mint have sold out of the individual silver proof Beatrix Potter coloured coins and are no longer accepting orders for them.
